Structuring Process

As part of our service we analyse the existing structure of a project, company or organisation to maximise the chances of qualifying for a project to be funded and realised. The analysis will be instrumental for all further steps and is the base to move forward in the funding process. 


If needed, the existing structures will be rebuilt. If there are no existing structure we assist in setting up the necessary structures for the project to qualify for the types of funds we represent. We are here to guide you and if needed we can be involved in the process.

Legal Perspectives

The realisation of each project stands and falls with the fact that the available means are used as effectively as possible with as little administrative over head and costs necessary. The establishment of appropriate controlling mechanisms thus represents more or less the glue that holds the idea, the capital and the goal to be achieved together and thus makes it possible in the first place is the legal framework attached to the structure, project and organisation.
